Cancellations
We confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance with a patient messaging system called “Smile Reminders” that notifies you via e-mail and/or cell phone. IF for any reason you must cancel, please give us a minimum of 2 business days.
We kindly ask that you do not cancel appointments on our answering machine after hours. Talking to our scheduling coordinator enables us to assist you with promptness and efficiency.
Missed Appointments
If you miss an appointment, call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find another time that fits your schedule. We appreciate your understanding if we do not have a preferred, specific schedule opening available on short notice.

Insurance Reimbursements
We provide all the necessary documentation to derive maximum reimbursement from your insurance plan. You will receive a “pre-treatment” anticipated expenses estimate, if required. While insurance fees are mostly not accepted as payment in full, you are fully informed of total and reimbursable cost. |
