Your time is precious. Therefore, we have designed a scheduling system that offers flexible appointments to accommodate your busy schedule.

On Time Arrival

We make every effort to see you when you are scheduled! The appointment is reserved specifically for you to effectively carry out your intended treatment.

Note: If you should arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled visit, we may need to reschedule.

Give yourself plenty of time to arrive so we can complete your treatment.

Cancellations

We confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance with a patient messaging system that notifies you via e-mail and/or cell phone. IF for any reason you must cancel, please give us a minimum of 2 business days.

We kindly ask that you do not cancel appointments on our answering machine after hours. Talking to our scheduling coordinator enables us to assist you with promptness and efficiency.

Missed Appointments

If you miss an appointment, call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find another time that fits your schedule. We appreciate your understanding if we do not have a preferred, specific schedule opening available on short notice.

Dental Treatment is an excellent investment in your physical and psychological well being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important service.

We request that payment arrangements be made prior to beginning your treatment. Sensitive to the fact that people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations; we would like to provide you with several payment options.

Payment in Full

By the first appointment, payment in full can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, resulting in a one-time payment.

Monthly payments can be made through carecredit.com.

Insurance Reimbursements

We provide all the necessary documentation to derive maximum reimbursement from your insurance plan. You will receive a “pre-treatment” anticipated expenses estimate, if required. While insurance fees are mostly not accepted as payment in full, you are fully informed of total and reimbursable cost.
