Dental Bonding

Young woman with healthy beautiful smileIf you want to brighten, straighten, or otherwise correct smile imperfections, you may think porcelain veneers are your only option, but we may be able to use composite resin filling materials to correct and conceal multiple smile flaws in just one appointment. This cosmetic procedure known as dental bonding offers a more affordable, same day treatment option for the more advanced porcelain veneers. We don’t recommend dental bonding for every patient, but for those who have minor flaws on a limited number of teeth, direct bonding is a great option. To find out if dental bonding is right for you, contact our team to schedule a cosmetic dentistry consultation. We’ll examine your smile, answer your questions, and then, Dr. Torrado will partner with you to find the right treatment option. If dental bonding is the right solution for you, we’ll simply prepare teeth by removing any damaged tissues. Then, we apply the tooth-colored resin directly to the surfaces of teeth and harden the putty-like material into position using a curing light.
